Lionell R. Johnson

Program Director

Selfless spirit. Selflessness means putting others before yourself and focusing on achieving your main objective before all else. I love watching basketball and going to the beach.

Ian Howard

Clinical Director

I bring a feeling of unity as the director I think it’s always important to have a calmness and show people they can really on me to help them navigate the systems we have going on here, navigate themselves through their entire time with us. My goal is to help them feel that they’re getting all that they need at each step of the way. The ultimate clinical concierge. Working on integrating mental health services at a barbershop in downtown LA, also a songwriter.

Alivia Guenther, LVN

I have a strong focus on team work and building a strong team so that everyone can work cooperatively so that the end result is better patient care. When staff can work cooperatively they’re happier and can provide better patient care. Currently working on reading on all of the Pulitzer prize fiction and non-fiction books, three quarters way done.

Megan Wagner, AMFT

Authenticity makes me unique to my work. I really want to see the clients change and leave differently than they came in. I love to travel and am a mom of a 9 month old son right now and I enjoy every aspect of it.

Shaina Goelman, AMFT

I really bring a good rapport building with clients and I’m able to get on their level and bond with them in a way that’s not just therapist-client but really on a more humanistic level. Watching tv is my passion.

Brenda Trejo AMFT

I bring sprinkles of yoga, meditation, Buddhism, compassion, understanding, mindfulness, native of Los Angeles, bilingual, worked with at risk youth in the beginning and now with adult population.

Ledia Hammond

Chef
The type of energy I try to bring daily is a high spirit energy to show that I love what I do, which I believe is really important in this space. Patients truly enjoy the food that I cook for them. I try to ask them in the beginning of the week if there’s anything special they would like to be added to the menu. I think it makes it a little easier and more comforting for them if they’re allowed to make requests. I love fishing, it relaxes me and give me a chance to be one with nature.

Carrie Ann Cleveland, AMFT

“I enjoy utilizing meditation/mindfulness, art therapy, role-playing, and many other researched and time-tested tools and skills for managing mental wellness, yet, I find that no matter the topic, there is usually lots of laugher through the tears in most sessions.

I’m originally from Santa Cruz, and have lived in Maine, Hawaii, and Alaska, but have spent most of my adulthood living in San Francisco and Los Angeles. I enjoy hot yoga, boxing, a good Netflix binge with copious amounts of Thai or Indian food, dropping water balloons off tall buildings, and having food fights with my daughter in our backyard.”

Omid Ahmadieh

Total positivity, I really work on putting myself through any process that I would ask of the client. If I’m asking them to open up, I’m open with them as well. If I ask them to be on time, I make sure I’m on time to all of our processes or things we’re engaging in. Getting to work and being happy about where I’m at and what I’m doing. Psychology nerd.

Laura Fernandez

Chef
Makeup artist, long time Malibu resident. Apprenticed with Elaine Henderson of Malibu farm. Started with high end clientelle of farm to table food. Contributes to everything that I bring and I get a lot of gratitude out of it. Just knowing that I’m being of service. The passion that I have for food goes into the food and nourishes people. The love and the energy that goes into the food transfers to the client.
